Once we have decided to lose weight, we are looking for the fastest, simplest, safest, most effective diet. But more often the diet is fast, safe, effective or simple. However, among all diets you can find some diets that combine the maximum of the advantages of different diets and the minimum disadvantage. For such diets, most of all diets, and will be discussed below.

The simplest diet

The simplest diet is that diet, dishes and products for which you do not need to choose and cook for a long time, whose regime is easy to follow and does not require additional procedures (such as enemas used in some diets). The diet of the simplest diets consists of ordinary foods prepared in the usual ways (unless there are restrictions, such as the exclusion of fried foods, fatty, spicy, sweet, pickles, smoked meats and canned food, flour, potatoes, soda, starch, alcohol). The diet is the simplest - this is the usual restriction of calorie intake and exclusion of harmful foods. Depending on the time you have planned to lose weight, limit your diet to 200-500 kcal per day, exclude junk food, drink more green tea and lose about 3-5 kg each month.

Another simple diet is a diet based on kefir and combinations of kefir with other products (with oatmeal, buckwheat, apples, grapefruit and the like). The duration of such a diet, as a rule, is not more than 2 weeks, weight loss reaches 5-7 kg, but it is worth remembering that kefir diets, like all monodiet, are not the safest diets. Their food is not balanced and the menu is not varied, so you should not get carried away with them.

Another of the simplest diets is a balanced diet. This diet is the simplest because, on the one hand, it clearly regulates your diet, on the other hand, it leaves room for choice. Its menu is composed according to the following formula:

  • breakfast: 100-150 g of cereals or cereals, up to 50 g of dried fruits, nuts or honey, up to 150 g of protein foods (eggs, meat, fish, dairy products), tea or coffee without sugar;
  • second breakfast: fruit, vegetable or fermented milk product;
  • Lunch: low-fat soup with vegetables or cereals, meat, poultry or fish in cooked or baked form or in the form of cutlets or meatballs, for garnish - legumes, vegetables in any form, cereals or baked potatoes, compote or juice, fordessert - fruit or fruit pudding, jelly;
  • afternoon breakfast: fruit, vegetable or fermented milk product (must be different from the second breakfast);
  • dinner: up to 200 g of protein food (other than lunch) or porridge of cereals or legumes, vegetables or fruits;
  • at bedtime: fermented milk product.

Eating this formula will allow you to be well fed and healthy and gain a beautiful slender figure, although the result will have to wait several months (depending on your weight). In addition, it is one of the safest diets, has virtually no contraindications, can be observed at any age and with any health condition (except for allergies or diseases for which therapeutic diets are indicated). The advantage of this diet is that it is a diet without weight gain - after all, this nutritional formula is nothing more than a healthy balanced diet; when your weight normalizes, just keep eating this formula and you will stay lean.

If we talk about diets without weight gain, we can't help but remember the Atkins diet and the Kremlin diet. These are not the simplest diets, but in their structure there are separate stages aimed at weight loss and its subsequent stabilization. Therefore, if you want to lose weight permanently, pay attention to these diets, the best diets without regaining weight.

The safest diets, as a rule, are not the fastest and do not promise great results in a short time. To safely lose weight the body takes time without harm to health, you can lose no more than 1, 5 kg per week, so the safest diet will not allow you to get rid of 6-8 kg per week. But if you choose safe diets, you will not only get rid of extra pounds, but also maintain and increase your health.

One of the safest diets has already been discussed above. There is another diet, the essence of which is quite simple: eat every day as usual (except for unhealthy foods) and limit your diet to 500 kcal 2 days a week. This way you will lose 2-4 kg per month without harm to health.

In general, it is not so difficult to distinguish the safest diet from the one that can harm you: if the diet is very limited in the amount of food consumed and whole groups of foods are excluded from it (eg meat or cereals), then such a dietit is not safe. If the diet contains all the necessary products of plant and animal origin, there are liquid, hot dishes, dishes of raw foods, fast carbohydrates (honey, fruits, sweet fruits, nuts, dried fruits) and the caloric content of the diet from this diet is at least1300-1500 kcal per day, then this diet is the safest.

The most difficult diets

These diets are the most difficult, not everyone can withstand them, they are very difficult to tolerate and can harm your health.

The first place among the most difficult diets can be given to the abc diet (Ana Boot Camp) - this is a long-term diet with extreme calorie restriction (in the most "full" days it is allowed to eat no more than 800 kcal)and periodic hunger strikes. You can call this diet the most dangerous - even starvation with water causes less harm to the body than the abc diet.

Even among the heaviest diets, all monodiet and diets with a limited range of foods can be mentioned - even if the foods that make up the diet satisfy hunger, you begin to experience severe discomfort from the monotonous menu every 2-3 days, and at 5-6day you start to hate what you eat. Not everyone can transfer such a diet.

Another most difficult diet is "3 eggs 2 oranges". As the name suggests, your daily diet is limited to 3 eggs of any kind and 2 oranges or an equal amount of grapefruit. Such a diet is the real hunger strike and although the products usedin it, are very useful in themselves, they are too little. The caloric content of the diet of such a diet does not exceed 450-480 kcal per day, at a rate of 2000 kcal, ie this diet does not provide the energy needs of the body even with ¼!!

How to choose the best diet

When choosing a diet, do not blindly believe the reviews of friends and girlfriends - the diet that suits them does not necessarily work for you. Choosing the best diet for yourself, first answer a few questions: how much time do you give to lose weight and how many pounds do you want to lose weight, are you ready to cook diet meals constantly or do not have time for it, will you be able to eat5-6 times a day, will you exercise, which foods you can easily exclude from the diet and which will be the most difficult to get rid of, do you have diseases of the internal organs and other contraindications to the diet. . .
